Yoga Day Retreat at Silver Falls
Join us for a relaxing day in the midst of the forest, the trees, the waterfalls . . . let yoga instructor Debbie Boe help you strengthen the body and calm the mind. Debbie leads a gentle and fun yoga practice, using modified yoga postures with props for those who need extra support (chairs, blocks, blankets, straps and walls). We will explore breathing techniques, restorative yoga and do a guided, easy walking meditation to one of the falls.
So come . .. let yourself explore the divine qualities of the heart - joy, loving kindness, compassion and equanimity. There will be plenty of time for relaxation and renewal.

Hot Air Ballooning
Meet at dawn, when the air is cool and still. After check in everyone can be part of the inflation process, transforming a huge flat piece of fabric into a colorful balloon that stands ten stories high. Then we board, rise gently into the morning sky and go where the wind carries us for about an hour. An exhilarating experience that will take us over the farms, houses, rivers and vineyards of the Yamhill Wine Country. Come share this once in a lifetime adventure!

- Three-hour balloon experience with one hour in the air by Vista Balloon Adventures in Newberg.

With well-intentioned advice from her girlfriends and coworkers at the Fandango Ballroom, Charity bumbles her way through amorous mishaps.
