Privacy, Terms and Conditions
Please read
the Terms and Conditions as your deposit and payment for a tour constitutes
consent to all conditions and general information contained herein.
Privacy Policy: Quest Tours & Treks Inc. will use your name
solely for the purpose of tour arrangements and our mailing list.
Quest Tours & Treks Inc. will not give, sell or use your name
in any other manner unless permission is granted.
Reservations: To secure reservations either fill in the reservation
form on line or contact us at:

Deposit: A per person deposit will secure a reservation for your tour and considered firm when deposit is received. Deposit requirements are listed at the bottom of each tour itinerary. Final Balance Due according to each tour itinerary.

Quest Tours & Treks recommends the purchase of Travel Guard insurance. For ease of enrollment and a better price value "Group Travel" insurance will be included in price of tours over $1,000.00 per person. A minimum of ten (10) participants is required. Pre-existing medical condition exclusion is waived is this group policy. Travel Insurance is non-refundable. If you do not want travel insurance you will need to decline the insurance in writing and send to Quest Tours & Treks and the cost of insurance will be deducted from tour price. |
Note: For your convenience you may purchase Travel Guard Insurance on your own for any tour where travel insurance is not included by Quest Tours & Treks. Just click the Travel Guard Chartis box and follow the directions. Please read all of their terms and conditions.
Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Signing up will hold space and full payment due on Balance Due date according to tour itinerary. If you cancel prior to Balance Due date there will be no penalty or charge and if payment made it will be refunded in full. If you cancel after the Balance Due date the tour payment is non-refundable. |
EXTENDED
JOURNEYS |
If you cancel prior to Balance Due date according to each tour itinerary your deposit and/or payments will be refunded in full. If you cancel after the Balance Due date according to each tour itinerary the tour deposit and/or payments are non-refundable. This policy is necessary due to unrecoverable expenses by tour operator including, but not limited to, transportation, hotels, meals, activities, performance tickets etc. Airfare is non-refundable. |
CANCELED
TOURS |
If the minimum requirement of persons for any tour is not met and the tour is canceled a full refund of all deposits and/or payments will be made. |
Responsibility: Quest Tours & Treks Inc. (hereinafter referred
to as “the Operator”) is responsible to you in making
arrangements for the tour services offered per itinerary, including
transportation, sightseeing, specified meals and hotel accommodations.
Although every effort will be made to provide the tours exactly
as offered, the Operator reserves the right to cancel or alter the
itinerary if conditions warrant, or if the Operator deems it necessary
for your comfort, convenience or safety. The transportation carriers,
hotels and other suppliers providing tour services are independent
contractors and are not agents, employees, or servants of, or joint
ventures with the Operator or its affiliates. The tour participant
agrees that neither the Operator nor its affiliates shall be liable
for any loss, damage, sickness, injury, accident, delay or irregularity
however occasioned, sustained or suffered whether to person, property
or otherwise, in or during any tour.
The Operator reserves the right to refuse service to any person that is intoxicated by alcohol and/or drugs or who is unable to take care of themselves or to any person whose conduct or condition is such or likely to be such as to make them objectionable to other passengers.
The tour participant hereby agrees that the Operator shall not
be responsible or liable for any loss or damage resulting from any
event or occurrence beyond the reasonable control of the Operator
including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, or the
public enemy, or without limiting the foregoing circumstances, any
circumstances of like or different character beyond the reasonable
control of the Operator; or interruption of or delay in transportation,
inadequacy, shortage, excessive cost or failure of supply of energy
or raw materials, labor trouble from whatever cause arising and
whether or not the demands of the parties involved are reasonable
and within said party's power to concede; or compliance by any person
or entity with any order, action, direction or request of any governmental
officer, department, agency, authority or committee thereof.
